COMPANY PROFILE:

ATB Arbeit, Technik und Bildung gGmbH is a private research and consulting institute specializing in ergonomics that primarily supports small and medium-sized enterprises in Saxony. We carry out research, consulting, and continuing education projects in the fields of human resources development, organizational design, and network and development support. This includes strategies for recruiting, retaining, and developing skilled workers; health- and life-stage-oriented human resources policies; and training for specialists and managers to navigate the digital transformation (Work 4.0). In the area of organizational design, we provide support in areas such as the introduction of new work arrangements, the improvement of processes, and addressing differing expectations regarding work and leisure time. In network and development support, we identify which challenges can be better addressed collaboratively, which forms of cooperation pool resources, and how benchmarking and knowledge exchange can be used to promote developments within organizations and regions.
